It's just so stressful to read through the paper and not see your little kids name listed in the honor roll section. Let's stop recognizing the kids that work hard because we are more worried about hurting someone's feelings. We should just stop giving grades all together. It's getting to where the only people we try to hold responsible for kids grades are the teachers. The kids all need to 'feel equal' and the parents don't seem to be able to be held responsible for making sure the kids do homework, study, or even act right in the class. It's never little Johnie's fault! A school in Massachusetts decided to stop listing the honor roll students in the paper because of stress. Click here for the full article.

One is a listing of all the folks in our government that have served in the military. I don't think it's necessary to serve in the military to serve in other parts of the government but I do get tired of the bashing on both sides on the subject. Anyway here is the link. Click Here

I thought these kind of folks always said we shouldn't be at war or for that matter ever go to war. Why would they want to enlist except to maybe make the news! Well, second time must be a charm! The first time the recruiter saw them coming and locked up the building about a week ago and went home and I guess he wasn't quick enough this time. ~Click Here~ to read about the folks that just couldn't go join the military. They had to tell the recruiter what sex they like to sleep with. I guess I'm just too intolerant or something or maybe just too conservative and just not libertarian enough or something. Why would you have to tell some recruiter that you just met what you like to sleep with?! I just don't get it. If these folks liked to sleep with sheep would they start by saying 'Hello Mr. Recruiter I like to sleep with sheep and I want to fight in Iraq', somehow I just don't see the point unless you maybe just wanted to make the news.
